Toldo doesn't want to speak of his future

Florence -- Ten points to stay in Europe. Francesco Toldo
          doesn't surrender, this year he has been the puller of the viola
          team. All the most beautiful moments of this season,
          unfortunately not many, have his signature, often joined with
          Batistuta. His future is still uncertain, rumour has it that he
          will leave Florence and join Lazio. On Saturday Toldo played and
          protected Fiorentina in order to conquer a spot in Europe.

          "We have to believe in this possibility, after all only 3 points
          separate us from the seventh place and there are still four more
          games to play." Unfortunately for him and for Fiorentina, the
          remaining four games are tricky and not easy.

          "To get the seventh place we have to be great. The schedules are
          clear: we have two home games which can be considered easy, and
          two tough away games. In short, we will have to get six points
          at home, play against Inter like the way we played against
          Milan, and get a point against Juventus this Saturday. With ten
          points nobody can block our road to the Uefa, even if Udinese
          seems fresh, they've been running as if it was the beginning of
          the championship. It won't be easy to get the points, but we
          have the qualities to do it."

          His optimism derives from the last performances showed by the
          team. "We have shown that we are alive. Unfortunately we have
          paid the price for playing in the Champions League. In any case
          we are now training with more regulars and the results can be
          seen. For this I won't stop believing in ourselves."

          The last question concerns his future. Tomorrow Antognoni will
          be in Rome to meet Cecchi Gori and to plan the future of
          Fiorentina. Toldo doesn't lack the dizzying offers: "I don't
          want to talk about it. I would like to play in a team with great
          tradition, one who have won alot. But I have to say that
          Fiorentina can be placed among these great teams and the fact
          that they have not much is due to a series of circumstances."
