Toldo: "My prescription to get out of this crisis"

Florence - In this period of tensions that
          Fiorentina is living, Francesco Toldo sounds optimistic.
          "We are going to get out of the crisis with our heads high,
          considering the so many accidents we have had till now. Not
          having a wider choice of players like other teams, we have
          suffered the lack of conclusive players but now we will be
          complete."
          And then, according to the Viola goalkeeper, Fiorentina will be
          able to straighten its disappointing championship. "I understand
          the anger and the disappointment of the fans, however, when a
          team has many matches to play it is inevitable that they fail in
          some competition. We still have time to go up the classification
          again; to reach the seventh place, see where we are now, it
          would already be a beautiful aim."
          For us to succeed Toldo suggests, "ignore the controversies and
          think only about the field". In short, they should forbid
          themselves from getting distracted by the so many voices that
          flutter for a long time around Fiorentina and its protagonists,
          including Trapattoni and the same Toldo, who are wanted by great
          clubs.
          For 7 years I've been here there are always periods in which
          they speak of the market. But if the team is equipped for the
          Champions League, it has to be in front of the voices. Through
          out the whole season they must always put the interest of the
          team first before their own. In any case I would be prepared to
          serve the new and rejuvenated Fiorentina."
